What to Prepare

To best prepare for your initial consultation with your headache clinician, please review the below list:

Complete the digital patient form sent to your mobile
(This is sent a day prior to your consultation)
Please arrive at the clinic 10 minutes prior to your appointment
Wear clothing that will allow our headache clinician to assess your neck
Please bring any relevant medical reports or scans (do not worry if you don’t have any)

Answers to know

Your clinician will delve deeply into your condition and situation and ask you a number of questions in order to gain a comprehensive understanding.

Prior to your appointment, please consider the following questions:

How frequently do you experience your headaches/migraines?
Where do you experience your head pain (if any)?
Have you sustained a head or neck injury?
What medications do you take and what dosage?
Is there anything that triggers your headaches or migraines?
